About the Role

Glowmade Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Rendering Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our new multiplayer cooperative game. As a key member of our small but efficient code team, you will be responsible for pushing the game's visual bar and delivering high-performance graphics and pipeline features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement advanced graphics and pipeline features to enhance the game's visual experience
  • Work closely with our Art Director to deliver on the game's visual direction and ensure seamless integration with the game's engine
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve performance issues and optimize game performance
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Contribute to the development of our home-grown close-to-the-metal engine and ensure its continued evolution
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Rendering Engineer with a strong background in real-time graphics
  • Deep knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in C++ and experience with data-oriented programming
