About the Role

Glowmade Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Rendering Engineer to join our small but efficient code team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing our game's visual effects and graphics pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-performance rendering algorithms and techniques to enhance the game's visual fidelity.
  • Collaborate with our Art Director to deliver on the game's visual direction and ensure seamless integration with our engine.
  • Develop and maintain our graphics pipeline, including shaders, materials, and lighting systems.
  • Work closely with our code team to optimize performance, reduce bugs, and improve overall game stability.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Rendering Engineer, with a strong background in real-time graphics and performance optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of C++ and its applications in game development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
