We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to lead our clinical team at Dee View Court, a Sue Ryder specialist neurological care centre in Aberdeen. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our clients and leading a team of dedicated nurses to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure best practice in patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior nurses to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with post-registration experience in the clinical field.
- Knowledge of best clinical practice for client group.
- Awareness of current legislation within independent care sector.
- Demonstrable continuing professional development.
