About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a Senior Nurse (General), you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents and leading our clinical team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver person-centered care to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license
  • Proven experience in a senior nursing role, preferably in a care home setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
