About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team at Parcelforce Worldwide. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels to households and businesses across the UK.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parcels
  • Conduct safety checks on your vehicle to ensure a safe working environment
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to provide excellent customer service
  • Lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg
  • Hold a full UK manual driving licence covering up to 3.5 tonnes (Cat B)

About You

We're looking for a positive and proactive individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You'll be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. If you're a reliable and organized individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
