About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels to households and businesses across the UK.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently to meet customer expectations
  • Conduct safety checks on your vehicle and ensure all necessary documentation is in order
  • Collect and deliver parcels to customers, adhering to our high standards of customer service
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to provide a seamless delivery experience

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a confident and capable driver with excellent communication skills. You should have a full UK manual driving licence and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. As a team player, you will be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
