Job Overview
Futures Housing Group is seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. This role involves maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our properties and ensuring they remain safe and welcoming for residents.

About the Role
This position requires someone with experience in grass cutting, shrub bed management, and the operation of grounds maintenance plant and equipment. A can-do attitude, ability to work in all weather conditions, and a full clean driving license are essential qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake grounds maintenance duties such as grass cutting and shrub bed management
- Operate and maintain safely grounds maintenance plant and equipment
- Assist with preparing previously maintained land for wildflowers
