Job Description

We are seeking a talented Retail Leadership Specialist to lead and manage retail execution and sales growth across the country through key third-party retail customers. The successful candidate will oversee direct team and indirect teams, ensuring alignment with the retail strategy.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to drive in-store excellence and selective distribution monitoring. They will collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute distribution, training, and demonstration strategies.

A strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting sales data and market trends to inform decision-making, is essential for this role. Experience in the beauty industry is preferred, as is the ability to influence at a senior level and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage retail execution and sales growth across the country through key third-party retail customers.
  • Oversee direct team and indirect teams, ensuring alignment with the retail strategy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive in-store excellence and selective distribution monitoring.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute distribution, training, and demonstration strategies.
  • Analyze national sales data, market trends, and competitor information to identify sales opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop and lead short and long-term initiatives to enhance retail presence and add value to partnerships.
  • Manage budget allocation and resource planning for the retail field sales function.
  • Lead by example as an active member of the Retail Sales Leadership Team, providing updates and aligning on critical decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire teams effectively.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, with strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking to drive business outcomes.
  • Open-mindedness and adaptability to navigate complex retail challenges.
  • Financial acumen and experience in budget control and forecasting.
