About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Coordinator to join our team at Sinewave. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for coordinating tasks and providing administrative support across all our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raising Purchase Orders based on the needs of the Project Team
  • Liaising with Suppliers regarding any supply or delivery issues
  • Supporting the Estimating Department by providing the latest product information and assisting with supplier inquiries
  • Supporting the Procurement Manager with maintaining supplier relationships and driving forward with achieving discounts
  • Assisting with the implementation of processes and procedures to ensure continuity within the business
  • Monthly updates on current systemic pricing
  • Validation of receipt of goods before payments against invoices are made
  • Booking and payment of hotels booked outside of the Navan System
  • Verification that Navan Expense Card Usage is within company policy
  • Assigning Navan Card Business Expenditure to Projects in Procore
  • Handling supplier defective goods and returns in accordance with our ISO:9001:2015 accreditation
Requirements
  • Proficient in the use of Productivity and Collaboration Software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Able to develop and maintain strong working relationships
  • Able to adapt to changes in priorities while maintaining effective management of expectations
