NCS Youth Engagement Advisor

Are you passionate about connecting with schools and colleges? We're seeking a vibrant and engaging individual to join our NCS recruitment team as a Youth Engagement Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive consistent strong performance via regional recruitment events such as school assemblies and youth groups.
  • Deliver strong sales pitches when working on recruitment stalls to sell the NCS experience to young people.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including community partners and leaders, schools and teachers, parents/guardians, governors etc.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel.
  • Sales experience: thrive in a target-driven environment, showcasing top-notch performance.
  • Rapport building: easily connect with people of all ages, including young minds, stakeholders, and parents.
