Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive consistent strong performance through regional recruitment events.
  • Deliver strong sales pitches to sell the NCS experience to young people.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners, schools, and teachers.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Sales experience and strong rapport-building skills.
