We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our administration team as a Management Support Team Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to our Clinical Team Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Clinical Team Managers, including diary management, minute taking, and ordering.
- Assist with recruitment and interview processes, including preparing documentation and coordinating logistics.
- Manage staff rotas, annual leave, and sickness reporting.
- Log supervisions and appraisals, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, providing excellent communication and customer service.
- NVQ Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent, or willingness to work towards.
- Secretarial experience at intermediate level, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Ability to work flexibly across different sites and offices, with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- A comprehensive in-house and external training program, supporting career development and growth.
