About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect with a strong focus on CRM technologies to join our dynamic team at Henderson Scott. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative CRM solutions that address complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement CRM Solutions: Develop and implement cutting-edge CRM solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop and Maintain CRM Architecture Frameworks: Create and maintain robust CRM architecture frameworks that ensure seamless integration of CRM technologies.
  • Align CRM Strategy with Business Goals: Ensure that the CRM strategy is aligned with the business goals and objectives of Henderson Scott.
  • Evaluate and Recommend CRM Technologies: Evaluate and recommend new CRM technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology integration.
  • Mentor and Guide Junior Team Members: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience in CRM Solution Architecture: Proven experience in CRM solution architecture is required.
  • Strong Knowledge of CRM Platforms: Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, cloud computing, and data management is required.
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
  • Ability to Work Collaboratively: Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment is required.
