The Job Role


We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our production process. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of assemblers, planning production schedules, ordering products to maintain optimal stock levels, and ensuring quality standards are met.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Supervise and lead a team of multi-disciplined assemblers in producing high-quality products
  • Create and manage production schedules to meet business demands
  • Maintain adequate stock levels by ordering necessary products in a timely manner
  • Monitor and adjust production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Liaise with various departments, teams, and external companies to facilitate smooth operations

Requirements and Qualifications

Location and Compensation
