Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support, ensuring students grasp key concepts and feel encouraged to ask questions.
  • Supervise classrooms in the absence of teachers, maintaining a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
  • Foster a culture of enthusiasm for Maths, inspiring students to see the relevance and enjoyment in the subject.
  • Collaborate with educators to create innovative activities that enhance student understanding and engagement.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Maths or a related field.
  • A genuine passion for education and a desire to support students in their learning journey.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse student populations.
  • Availability to work five days a week during term time.
