GMP Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join a reputable and well-established property company, on a full-time, permanent contract.
Our client is a highly recognizable and award-winning organization that specializes in property sales and lettings. This company is a leading player in the industry, with a strong reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 5 days over 6, with working hours 9:00am - 17:30pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9:00am - 16:00pm. You will receive a day off in the week following any Saturdays worked.
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will negotiate and win instructions for the business, ensuring properties are marketed with professionalism and efficiency. You will have personal targets and be responsible for the listing and lettings of residential and student properties.
The ideal candidate for this role will work well under pressure, have some knowledge of Residential Lettings, and be looking for a new, exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:- Dealing with leads, enquiries, and customer interactions
- Booking viewings and carrying them out
- Actively finding suitable properties for applicants
- Providing feedback to landlords and our Lettings Development Manager
- Assisting with the applications/offers
- Overseeing referencing and tenancy progression
- Drawing up tenancy agreements, registering the deposit, and serving the moving in paperwork
- Lettings/Residential Lettings experience or estate agency experience
- Target-driven and able to hit and exceed targets set
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner and client care expertise
- Diary management and the ability to deliver great work in a demanding and fast-paced office environment
