Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a profitable and well-organized office, providing an effective and efficient lettings service to landlords and tenants.
  • Lead by example, delegating tasks and motivating your team to exceed performance targets and standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager and team to achieve business objectives and support the development of your career.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lettings management, branch management, or a senior lettings negotiator role.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A full UK driving license.
