Job Title: Water Professionals Wanted

We Are Swim is a leading sport and leisure business in the UK, offering a comprehensive swimming teaching program for children aged 3-11 years.

As a Water Professional, you will be responsible for delivering engaging swimming lessons to our young swimmers. Your primary role will be to teach our quality swimming program, inspiring children to swim through innovative techniques and exceptional customer service.

This is a self-employed contract with guaranteed hours, working weekdays, evenings, and weekends. You will be part of a team that delivers a premium experience, including customer engagement, training, and best practice sharing.

We offer full training and qualification to our professionals, recruiting on character and personality. If you share our passion for changing lives through learning to swim, we welcome your application.

Main Objectives:

  • To develop and deliver swimming lessons ensuring alignment with the program's goals and lesson plans.
  • Integration of the program's reward schemes into classes.
  • Ensure the safe provision of all equipment and ensure it is used correctly.
  • Maintain safety standards during sessions and conduct dynamic risk assessments.
  • Identify swimmers' abilities and encourage them to reach their full potential.
  • Provide explanations and demonstrate modern and accurate swimming techniques.
  • Enhance swimmers' techniques and identify ways to improve performance.
  • Create a positive and engaging environment to motivate and encourage swimmers.
  • Evaluate sessions and give feedback.
  • Regularly assess each swimmer's ability and progress and arrange for the award of the appropriate certificates using our online portal.

Estimated Salary: £20 per hour.
