Head of Business Development and Growth

About the Role:
As a key member of the London Bridge Hospital team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing business strategies to meet the hospital's objectives. Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities for growth and implementing tactics to achieve substantial revenue increases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual business development plans to drive revenue growth and meet strategic objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various healthcare services, including consultant professional services agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, primary care providers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to monitor performance against competitors and identify potential business expansion opportunities.
- Develop and manage succession plans for existing consultants to ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare sector or healthcare consultancy.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to focus on revenue growth.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage and manipulate large datasets.
- Knowledge of the private healthcare sector is advantageous.
