About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our Norwich branch, as part of the Supporting Education Group. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in bringing schools and teachers together, towards a better education experience for pupils.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delight your customers through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality administrative support to teachers and teaching assistants
  • Proactively communicate with branches and candidates regarding vetting and registration
  • Create and publish job adverts and interviewing alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants
  • Be a data input and data management wizard
