Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Finance Leader to spearhead our global Finance Reporting Centre of Excellence. This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful change across our finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Strategy: Provide thought leadership, driving the creation of a robust finance reporting and visualisation platform, aligning with our clients' business objectives.
  • Transformation Execution: Define and deliver a standardised suite of automated financial reports, covering KPIs, profitability analysis, and dashboards, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • SAP & Systems Development: Spearhead SAP reporting tool advancements (BW, SAC, etc.) to enable core and bespoke reporting, maximising efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with FP&A, finance management, and regional teams to capture reporting requirements, integrating them into a streamlined reporting system, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Continuous Improvement: Maintain and enhance financial reports and reporting systems, prioritising automation and best practices across regions, ensuring scalability and adaptability.
About the Role

This role offers a chance to build a high-performing team and envision the future of finance reporting. You will have the opportunity to shape and lead a Finance Reporting Centre of Excellence, managing a team of up to 6 full-time employees, to deliver best-in-class management reporting and analytics.

Requirements
  • Significant experience in large-scale, international finance transformation projects, ideally with a focus on FP&A, beyond standard P&L and BS.
  • Proven SAP expertise, especially with S4 HANA and related tools (CFIN), with a deep understanding of reporting and profitability metrics.
  • Strong background in designing and delivering enhanced reporting solutions and BI tools (BW, SAC, BPC).
  • Ability to lead and build a Centre of Excellence in finance reporting, with a focus on standardisation and scalability.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with credibility at senior management levels.
