Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all logistics and dispatch operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.

- Handle any logistical issues or emergencies that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements:
- Proven track record working as a Logistics Manager, ideally within the food retail industry.
- Ability to work strategically as well as hands-on.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- IT literacy and experience with various systems.
- Able to analyze and use data effectively to influence decision-making.
- Commercial acumen with experience of producing and analyzing data.
- Good communication and organization skills.
