Home Care Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Support Assistant to join our team in Burnley, Lancashire.
Job Summary:This is a unique opportunity to provide clinical and personal care support to an individual with complex health needs in the comfort of their own home.
You will work independently as part of an experienced and competent team, receiving full support during induction and ongoing training in all aspects of clinical and other duties.
About the Role:- Provide clinical and personal care support to an individual with complex health needs
- Support with hobbies and interests, health monitoring, and maintaining personal safety
- Administer medications after receiving proper training
- No experience in care and support is required, but essential attributes include empathy, enthusiasm, and a calm approach
- Able to use your initiative, reliable, and flexible in a changing situation
- Respect for the individual's space and privacy is essential
- Full UK driving license and ability to drive a WAV vehicle
- A competitive salary of £14.45 per hour
- 12 hours per week on a rota basis
- 5.6 weeks of paid leave
- DBS check and clearance paid for by the employer
- Flexible working arrangements to cover extra shifts across 7 days
- Must be able to cover sickness and holidays
