Equals One Ltd is seeking an experienced Mechanical Services Engineer to join our team as a Workshop Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair mobility equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, implementing repairs and adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Service Centre Manager and Warehouse Supervisor to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Process all associated paperwork accurately on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Participate in clinical appointments with healthcare professionals to provide expert advice and assistance.
  • Foster effective communication with customers, providing clear explanations of services and options available.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a workshop environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
