We are currently recruiting for a HVAC Contracts Manager to manage a multi-site contract covering various commercial clients in the North West region. Working for the Mechanical and Electrical (M+E) division of 300 North Limited, this role oversees the management of engineering services, including gas, air conditioning, and electrical services, for a range of commercial clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of M+E engineers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a multi-site contract covering various commercial clients in the North West region.
  • Oversee the management of engineering services, including gas, air conditioning, and electrical services.
  • Manage a team of M+E engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and client communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing engineering services contracts.
