Our client, a leading Global Facilities Management company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to cover sites across Burnley due to a major new contract win with a highly respected Blue-Chip retailer.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Performing routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems across various site sizes.
  2. Providing first-line maintenance support for allocated sites.
  3. Ensuring maintenance is carried out to the highest standards, efficiently and cost-effectively, while adhering to the company's Health and Safety Policy.
  4. Maintaining and repairing a range of mechanical equipment, including fans, pumps, and compressors, to recognized standards.
  5. Identifying non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly reporting findings to the HVAC Supervisor.
  6. Conducting site surveys and completing reports as required by management.
Requirements:
  1. Qualified Commercial Gas/Heating Engineer with experience across multi-sites on the service and maintenance of heating systems.
  2. NVQ Level 3 – Commercial and Industrial Gas, Building Services/Heat & Ventilation.
  3. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  4. A hands-on, can-do, and flexible approach to work.
