About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Procurement professional to join our team as a Procurement Manager. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will be responsible for managing an established Procurement team, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and leading technology projects to enhance and develop procurement platforms and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an established Procurement team covering Indirect Procurement, Compliance, and Data Analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Procurement function to ensure maximum growth, quality, efficiency, and value
  • Lead and deliver technology projects designed to enhance and develop procurement platforms and systems
  • Assume responsibility for Procurement processes across the business, including the development, maintenance, and application of processes to ensure highest standards of consistency and quality
  • Deliver hands-on procurement projects when necessary, managing end-to-end sourcing processes for high-value categories, including tendering, contract negotiation, and ongoing contract management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a strategic Procurement role
  • Deep understanding of data and strong system/process orientation
  • Proven track record in change management and continuous improvement
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Understanding of public sector Procurement regulations
