Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the academic development of the school, working closely with teachers and subject leaders to improve student outcomes. They will also contribute to the development of whole-school policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement academic policies and procedures
  • Work with teachers and subject leaders to improve student outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of whole-school initiatives

Requirements:

  • A good undergraduate degree in Education or a related field
  • Experience in academic leadership or teaching
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
