The Society for the Advancement of Management Studies is seeking two Associate Editors to join its esteemed editorial team. The successful candidates will work closely with renowned General Editors, contributing to the advancement of theoretical and empirical knowledge in management studies.

Essential Qualities Sought
  • A strong academic background, with significant scholarly contributions in any area of management studies.
  • Extensive experience as a reviewer for management journals, ensuring high-quality submissions.

We are particularly keen to consider candidates with expertise across a broad spectrum of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. For an informal discussion about the nature of editorial tasks, please contact Margaret Turner at Durham University Business School.

Suitable candidates will have a proven track record in publishing, reviewing, and editorial experience. A generous honorarium and travel expenses will be provided. We anticipate a salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
