About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications department on a part-time basis. As a CSR Coordinator, you will play a key role in collaborating with our CSR employee resource group/committee, the brand team, and leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Engagement and Collaboration

Develop and implement strategies to engage employees and stakeholders in CSR activities, fostering a culture of social responsibility within the organization.

Influencing and Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to gain support for CSR initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Operational Excellence

Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and communications, to ensure the successful implementation of CSR projects and initiatives.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of CSR initiatives and make informed decisions to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in CSR or a related field within a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and corporate social responsibility principles.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders and communicate CSR initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
