Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Linwood Community Child Care. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, fun, and engaging experiences for children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and interactive learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Curriculum for Excellence
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of children at all times
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service

Requirements:

  • HNC in Childhood Practice or SVQ level 3 in Early Learning and Childcare or equivalent
  • At least 2 years' qualified experience within a Nursery environment
  • Strong knowledge of child development and the Curriculum for Excellence
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
