About the Role

In this senior role, you will lead the design verification effort for high-quality open-source code bases, ensuring they meet the highest commercial standards.

  • Develop and execute design verification strategies, incorporating best practices and innovation.
  • Lead a team of engineers in designing, implementing, and debugging block-level and system-level tests and testbenches using SystemVerilog and UVM.
  • Collaborate with partners to author papers for academic and industry conferences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7 years+ prior industry experience of design verification, including significant SystemVerilog and UVM usage.
  • Leadership experience, managing teams and projects.
  • Experience across the full verification cycle from initial planning to final tape out.
  • Confident providing work estimates and coordinating work with a project manager.
  • Comfortable working with engineers across multiple organizations in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
