Requirements:
- Strong background in human factors, ergonomics, psychology, or a related field
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting data
- Knowledge of human-computer interaction principles and design thinking methodologies
- Proficiency in UX/UI design tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Factors Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
- Experience in the development of consumer products is a plus
