Role Mission:

The mission of the Qualitative Project Assistant is the coordination of qualitative projects and assisting the Project Manager in ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with the client's specifications.

The Qualitative Project Assistant plays a crucial role in the execution of qualitative projects, responsible for coordinating with respondents, vendors, freelancers, translation agencies, and checking the quality of deliverables before passing them on to the client.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in the recruitment of respondents for projects in their local language, including recruitment from panels and finding candidates independently;
  • Calling, confirming, and rescreening respondents who participated in an online screener;
  • Finalizing internal and client recruitment update spreadsheets for Project Managers;
  • Managing and controlling vendors selected for qualitative projects, ensuring M3 Global Research achieves and exceeds client expectations, including checking deliverables, negotiating costs, and progressing throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with freelancers and vendors on behalf of M3 Global Research, and on occasion, liaising with clients on behalf of Project Managers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Minimum experience in market research, preferably in the medical/healthcare field.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both German and English;
  • Self-motivation with exceptional time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail;
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to quickly solve problems and proactively identify and resolve potential issues;
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study-specific and departmental objectives;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, and ability to quickly learn new technologies and software;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment.
