Job Description

The Enterprise Qualitative Project Lead will be responsible for executing all aspects of the data collection process for qualitative research projects. This includes managing external relationships with clients, coordinating internal departmental relationships, and overseeing all in-person fieldwork related to logistics, route planning, client and moderator comfort and needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience working with qualitative market research methodologies. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and have a high degree of familiarity with videoconferencing software.

Responsibilities
  • Manage external relationships with clients, including attending client kick-off calls, selecting and recommending vendors, and providing clear instructions detailing project qualifications and interview procedures
  • Coordinate internal departmental relationships, including attending internal brainstorming meetings and working alongside sourcing to select vendors and execute projects
  • Oversee all in-person fieldwork related to logistics, route planning, client and moderator comfort and needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years' work experience in market research project management or equivalent
  • PMI/PMP type project management certification, a plus but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High degree of familiarity with or keenness to learn more on qualitative market research methodologies
Salary Estimate

$70,000 - $100,000 per year, based on location and experience.
