Job Title: Lubrication Maintenance Specialist

I-care is seeking a skilled Lubrication Maintenance Specialist to join our team in the Leeds area. As a Lubrication Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out periodic lubrication of customer assets and ensuring the correct lubricants are present and stored properly.

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out visual inspections and report any issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform lubrication routes, including the use of ultrasonic measuring devices, and provide recommendations for improvement to the PdM Engineer.
  • Conduct oil changes, check filter systems, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Carry out all lubrication tasks as known to our customers, including taking samples for analysis.
  • Participate in an extensive internal training program to ensure proper application of Best Practices.
Requirements:
  • Technical training and/or work experience in the electromechanical field.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of personal responsibility.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic team of technicians.
  • Machinery Lubrication Technician Level or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • Knowledge/experience with lubrication of industrial installations is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to support customers across the UK.
