The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic People Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will serve as a strategic partner to both employees and leadership, providing guidance and support throughout all areas of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders, managers, and employees to drive People initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Provide advice, coaching, and feedback to ensure leaders achieve organizational goals through their people resource
  • Develop and implement people strategies, policies, and processes
  • Lead on core HR processes, including performance, reward, and benefits, HR compliance, EDI, and well-being
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and provide proactive solutions to the company

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Operated in commercial, fast-paced environments
  • Experience in developing and managing People change projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility at all levels of the organization
