About Your New Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to join our Healthcare team as a Clinical Negligence Paralegal. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing advice on all aspects of healthcare law, including clinical negligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage pre-action Clinical Negligence claims, ensuring timely completion of client procedures and adherence to quality measures and KPIs.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve set financial and chargeable hours targets, while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical skills, staying up-to-date with relevant policies and procedures, and contributing to the team's continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, while working independently to manage complex cases and meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to the development of the team's practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance client outcomes.
About You

We are looking for a Paralegal with a genuine interest in clinical negligence and a proven track record of handling fast-track EL/PL or Clinical Negligence claims. You will have excellent written and organizational skills, with the ability to work to strict deadlines and timescales. You will also be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, with a flexible approach to the work you do.
