**Job Description:** Full-Time Teaching Position Available at Specialist SEMH School
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated teacher to join our team as an Outdoor Education Instructor in a specialist SEMH school located in Harrogate. This is a full-time, permanent position starting from January 2025.
The ideal candidate will have a coaching or sports/PE based degree and experience delivering and teaching sports to KS2-KS4 students. They should also have a proven track record of delivering outdoor education programs and working with students who have SEMH needs. Additionally, they must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle due to the remote location of the school.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading outdoor education activities, developing and implementing lesson plans, and supporting students with SEMH needs. They will work closely with the school's leadership team and other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We are committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities to help our staff succeed in their careers.
