Digital Analyst - Hatfield (head office)

Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for data-driven insights? We're seeking a skilled Digital Analyst to join our Marketing Team, reporting to the Head of Marketing - Digital.

This exciting opportunity will see you take the lead in providing actionable insights and areas of opportunity that will guide marketing decisions across the UK and Europe.

You will be responsible for delivering regular reports and insights based on our analytics data, setting up new tagging, answering ad hoc questions about the website and campaign performance, and supporting other teams looking for analytics data.

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a marketing-focused analyst position, with excellent experience using Excel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Power BI.

As a key member of the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for helping set monthly performance targets and model leads phasing for European marketing colleagues.
