We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Exams and Cover Officer to join our team at a secondary school in Altrincham. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the admin team with general duties, cover, and exams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the admin team
  • Manage cover and absence/sickness of staff
  • Communicate with agencies and external companies
  • Assist with exams and input exam data
  • Report to the cover manager and exams manager
Requirements:
  • Experience working in an admin role in a school (essential)
  • Experience with SIMS (essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
