Key Responsibilities
  • Create and check daily customer consignments on our in-house AS400 system (GTS) via EDI Import, liaising directly with customers as needed.
  • Reconcile consignment costs against daily schedules from customers to ensure accurate charging and invoicing at week and period end.
  • Produce reports (KPI and other) for customers and ESL using Microsoft Excel, including Volume, Dummy Jobs, and Performance Reports.
  • Liaise with Transport Managers and other on-site team members to ensure data presented to customers is accurate.
  • Assist the Admin Team Leader and Data Analyst in providing daily/weekly information required by customers regarding performance, costs, etc.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High levels of flexibility, commitment, and motivation.
  • Able to use own initiative.
  • Capable of meeting specific deadlines.
  • Able to cope well in pressured situations.
