About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the position of Factory Training & Continuous Improvement Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by improving operational efficiency and implementing effective training strategies. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining training metrics, designing and documenting operating procedures, and leading the induction and training of new employees.

Key responsibilities include:
* Taking ownership of training plans, keeping metrics and documentation accurate and up-to-date
* Designing and documenting operating procedures, gaining approvals as needed across departments
* Leading the induction and training of new employees, guiding them to become competent production operatives
* Coaching staff in production best practices and lean principles, supporting Continuous Improvement activities and minor Kaizen projects
* Working with the Continuous Improvement & Training Supervisor on complex projects, gathering and analysing data to provide valuable insights
