By fostering a culture of excellence, they'll cultivate a highly efficient team that consistently provides a dependable and outstanding experience for customers, while also driving business expansion. As a Restaurant General Manager, you'll:

  • Manage the restaurant's performance.
  • Coach, train, and engage your team, growing them to become their best selves.
  • Deliver on KPIs to ensure your restaurant meets our excellent standards.
  • Perform weekly admin tasks to help maintain a functional and well-oiled machine that is your restaurant.
  • Run the shop floor to a high standard, delighting our customers and creating a memorable experience that keeps them coming back again and again.
  • Manage the restaurants recruitment process, to bring in the best talent who demonstrate our core values; smart, heart, courage.
