Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team of electricians in ensuring site availability targets are met and all work is conducted safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of electricians to maintain site availability and ensure all work is conducted safely.
  • Develop and implement technical process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
  • Manage and maintain electrical systems, including DSL and SCADA control systems.
  • Develop and implement a computerized Planned Maintenance System to optimize maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • HNC in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, or a time served Maintenance Electrician with suitable experience in a production environment.
  • At least five years broad experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience of DSL & SCADA control systems.
  • PLC programming experience.
  • Experience of a computerized Planned Maintenance System.
  • A proven track record in technical process improvement, cost reduction, and experience in Lean manufacturing techniques.
