Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team of electricians in ensuring site availability targets are met and work is conducted safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of electricians to maintain electrical systems and ensure site availability targets are met.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve electrical system issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • HNC in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, or a time served Maintenance Electrician with suitable experience in a production environment.
  • At least five years broad experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience of DSL & SCADA control systems.
  • PLC programming experience.
  • Experience of a computerized Planned Maintenance System.
  • A proven track record in technical process improvement, cost reduction and experience in Lean manufacturing techniques.
