We are seeking a qualified and passionate Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Off the Record Croydon. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with young people, providing a safe and supportive environment for them to explore their mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality mental health services to young people within a humanistic model
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the development of our services
- Maintain and manage professional boundaries, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all
- Make sound clinical decisions about safeguarding and risk
