  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and sustain high-level relationships with both insurers and clients.
  • Negotiation and Trading: Exceptional negotiation and trading skills, with a successful track record of closing deals.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strategic mindset with the capability to develop and execute effective broking strategies.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Qualifications: Professional qualifications such as ACII or equivalent are highly desirable.
