The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000, depending on qualifications and experience. As a key member of our education team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

About the Role:

  • Support children in accessing and understanding lesson objectives, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective educational programs.
  • Provide individualized support to students with diverse needs, including those with special educational requirements.
  • Assist with planning, preparation, and delivery of educational activities, including whole-class and small-group instruction.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform future teaching strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices in education.
  • Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the classroom, maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in Education or a related field (e.g., Child Development, Psychology).
  • Proven experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
