Human Resources Case Officer

We are looking to appoint a Resources Caseworker (HR & Legal) on a fixed-term basis. As part of a dedicated team of Caseworkers, you will deliver a thorough and effective administrative service.

- A solid foundation in numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
- A willingness to learn and adapt swiftly to new systems and processes
- A background in HR or Recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory
Typical Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-employment clearances for new hires, ensuring timely completion of checks and maintaining communication with hiring managers
- Prepare and distribute contracts and various correspondence for employees
- Address general HR inquiries from both internal and external clients via phone, email, and our internal helpdesk
- Process purchase orders and manage invoice payments
- Maintain and update employee records within our HR system
- Coordinate with payroll and line managers to ensure timely action on contractual changes for monthly payroll
- Support Specialist Teams with projects as needed
- Keep accurate records and update relevant systems and databases
- Prepare legal documents for signing/sealing as instructed by Legal Specialists
- Respond to inquiries from conveyancing solicitors regarding management packs, coordinating responses from specialists
- Provide assistance as necessary to other officers within the caseworker team
