Resources Caseworker

We are looking to appoint a Resources Caseworker (HR & Legal) on a fixed-term basis. As part of a dedicated team of Caseworkers, you will deliver a thorough and effective administrative service.

  • A solid foundation in numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt swiftly to new systems and processes
  • A background in HR or Recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory

Typical Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage pre-employment clearances for new hires, ensuring timely completion of checks and maintaining communication with hiring managers
  • Prepare and distribute contracts and various correspondence for employees
  • Address general HR inquiries from both internal and external clients via phone, email, and our internal helpdesk
  • Process purchase orders and manage invoice payments
  • Maintain and update employee records within our HR system
  • Coordinate with payroll and line managers to ensure timely action on contractual changes for monthly payroll
  • Support Specialist Teams with projects as needed
  • Keep accurate records and update relevant systems and databases
  • Prepare legal documents for signing/sealing as instructed by Legal Specialists
  • Respond to inquiries from conveyancing solicitors regarding management packs, coordinating responses from specialists
  • Provide assistance as necessary to other officers within the caseworker team
